Nearly 2000 visitors had the opportunity to have “a different Museum Experience”.
During the Open Day organised by the Museum, on the occasion of the launch of its new educational programmes, young and old visitors had the opportunity to enjoy an activity in every area of the Museum!
A 1.10 meter-tall, fully functional robot called “Dino” welcomed the visitors and took selfies with our young friends; a caricaturist drew the smiling faces of the children; on the 2nd floor, in a sand box, children made communication networks; a juggler taught everyone the tricks of his art, while in the Museum garden, two telephone booths operated in a somewhat different way than usual: as a free book exchange library!
Lots of ice cream, ice-cold lemonade, orange juice, and the live music of Black Athena complemented the festive atmosphere of the Telecommunications Museum Open Day, launching another year full of educational programmes and activities in the best way possible!
