Art sculptures inspired by nature!
On Sunday, October 3, at the open-air workshop “Pine-needle telephones”, the children, guided by prominent artist Martha Dimitropoulou, learned about Landscape art, and using materials from the Museum’s garden made their own art work!
Inspired by the first telephone made by the phone’s inventor, Alexander Graham Bell, which was cone-shaped, the children created a copy of the first phone with pine needles, learning that no matter how much technology advances, we need to harmoniously coexist with nature.
