What happened?

The Telecommunications Museum celebrated for another year the International Museum Day (18/5) and World Telecommunication Day (17/5) with creative and entertaining activities for everyone inside and outside the Museum. Activities inspired by this year's message "Museum for Education and Research" linking education and research with entertainment, personal expression and co-creation.
We visit the SOS Children's Villages and the Children Support Centre of Elefsis to play a fun group game of knowledge and observation, inspired by and based on the research work of the Museum's scientific team on the ways of communication in Greek antiquity.

Children aged 7-13 years old learned through play, the telecommunication inventions of Greek antiquity and had the opportunity to take a short digital tour of the 2 floors of the Museum through the virtual tour
