Little Recycling Engineers

Can robots help with recycling? And how can we protect the environment through play?

In this interactive STEM workshop, children become little recycling engineers and discover how technology can contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable world. On a specially designed, colorful track, they learn about different recyclable materials, how to sort them correctly, and build robotic vehicles that collect them and transport them to the appropriate bins. Through an exciting “recycling mission,” they collaborate, experiment, and—by driving their robots—reenact the process of collecting and sorting materials. Through hands-on experience, they discover how our small, everyday actions, combined with technology, can help create a cleaner environment for everyone.
