What will happen?

On account of the planning of the exhibition GR80s, the Telecommunications Museum decided to participate with its own unique exhibit, one of the most recognizable objects of those times.

The GR80s is a historical and cultural exhibition that brings together everything that can fit in the exhibition area and relates to these days, months and years, to the most ambiguous decade of our modern history which marked the active generations of today and may also define the future of the ones to come. The Telecommunications Museum, participates in this exhibition with an orange telephone booth accompanied by its coin acceptor, both a trademark of that decade, which, together with the iconic red telephone, represent in the most effective manner the public telephony of that time. Meanwhile, in our booth and until the end of the exhibition at the beginning of March, we will save a "piece" of that decade for you. An object, a photo or a document from that decade, all part of our collection, in order for the older to reminisce and the young ones to get to know a decade not so far away from ours!
